FORUM DINNER

The Forum Dinner will be held on:

6.30pm - 9.30pm

in the Great Hall, Parliament House, Canberra

Cost for additional tickets for the Forum Dinner is $185.00 per person, or a table of 10 for $1750.00.

Registration Inclusions

Full Registration includes admission to all Forum business sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, one ticket to the Forum Pre Dinner Drinks and the Forum Dinner and a Forum Handbook.

Day registration includes admission to the Forum business sessions on the nominated day including morning and afternoon tea and lunch and a Forum Handbook. Tickets to attend the Forum Dinner can be purchased separately as part of your on line registration.

Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged in writing by email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Please check this information for accuracy and notify in writing any amendments required to the Conference Secretariat via conference@conlog.com.au.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the 12th National Business Leaders Forum on Sustainable Development after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to Conference Logistics. Cancellations received before 31 May 2011 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $110.00. Cancellations after 31 May 2011 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Payment of Fees

All payments must be received prior to the Forum. If payment for your registration type (e.g. Early Bird 21 April 2011) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will automatically be changed to the next registration level.
